The former ?Hills? hottie looked sexy and sporty in a ball cap with a white sleeveless top and black stretch shorts as she left her condo and headed off to lunch.
And it sounds like Lauren was able to navigate the cranky real estate market without losing too much money- she sold her 3,000-square-foot Hollywood home for a cool $2 million.
Originally purchased for $2.36 million in 2008, the property features a gated courtyard, 3.5 bathrooms, and four bedrooms along with a lap pool and outdoor fireplace.
